Investor's Club

Become a member of the BPA Investors Club for monthly meetings about the progress of Phase I development, general social meet and greet between investors, builders, brokers and CEOs in the Richmond Area, and presentations by BPA CEO, and other members of the club. There will be a buffet, presentation/meeting time, and poker table afterwards, with hotel amenities including a restaurant, live music, hot tub/spa area, and ballroom. Become a member below, and your fees will apply to the first monthly meeting for BPA Investors Club.

The page tab for BPA Development provides introductory information about Phase I development plan, and valuation, pro-forma, equity splits, amortization, equity-phase shifts, and future Phase planning will be available in paper-form (meeting minutes) on the website, and will be fully discussed during the meetings each month.
